– The Parade of Tugs starts at 10 am
– The Big Race blasts off at 10:30 am

Followed by Line-Toss competitions, Nose-to-Nose pushing contests, the Popeye® Spinach-Eating competition, Best Mascot, Best Tattoo, maritime exhibits, art, ephemera and Tugboat T-shirts!
