The Working Harbor Committee is pleased to announce a brand, new fun-for-the-whole-family Hidden Harbor Tour®, Saturday, the 20th of  June 2015, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Not sure what to surprise Dad with this Father’s Day? Something fun that Grandpa and the kids will enjoy? Go behind the scenes of the NY & NJ’s bustling, working waterfront on a narrated Hidden Harbor “Maritime Scavenger Hunt” Tour!

Kids (or Dad’s!) will get a workbook they’ll use to identify things seen in our working waterfront as we cruise to Port Newark/Elizabeth Marine terminal. See that tugboat? Check if off in your booklet! A lighthouse? A container vessel? The Statue of Liberty?

At the end of the tour a maritime expert on board will sign the booklet to “certify” you an “honorary Captain.” Sandwiches and beverages available for purchase onboard the NY Waterway vessel. Yes, there is a bathroom on the boat!
