I started off this week with a fireworks display in Bayonne NJ. We were able to beat the crowds, as no one on Staten Island knew about them… only 4 of us watching!

On the 4th the French Frigate L’Hermione was welcomed to New York Harbor by a parade of ships and small craft. Monday night we celebrated the life of Capt John Doswell at Pier 66 Maritime on the North River.
